iPhone Shuffle Only Has One Button. For those who just can't wait for the iPhone Shuffle, then check out this interesting preview. Video after the jump. Too bad you can't text or listen to music on it. A comedy trio called The Geniuses has the scoop on the next iteration of the iPhone, the iPhone Shuffle. Its no iPod Peque?o, but it's still pretty funny. Too bad you can't text or listen to music on it.

Boost Mobile Adds Motorola i425 to Lineup, Hell Freezes Over

If you thought the devil would be wearing a sweater-vest before Boost Mobile added a good looking phone to their lineup, well, check out this Motorola i425. Coming this fall, the phone weighs 3.88 ounches, is not a flip, has IM, web, speakerphone, walkie-talkie and even GPS. What it doesn't have, and what none of the current lineup of Boost phones have, is Bluetooth.

Nokia Requests ITC Investigation

Nokia in its CDMA and WCDMA/GSM chipsets. Nokia is requesting that the ITC initiate an investigation and issue an announcednts exclusion through infringing 5 Nokia patem chipsets order to bar importation to the United States of infringing Qualcom it has filed a complaint with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) alleging that Qualcomm has engaged in unfair trade practices, and products such as handsets, containing the infringing chipsets.
The patents in question relate to technologies that improve the performance and efficiency of wireless communication devices as well as enabling lower manufacturing costs, smaller product size and increased battery life.
Qualcomm’s unfair trade practices include importing products, selling products for importation, that infringe Nokia patented technology in certain Qualcomm GSM/WCDMA and CDMA2000 chipsets? and/or selling products after importation, and inducing others to import products such as handsets.
These technologies are important to Nokia’s success as they allow its products to have competitive advantages over those ofcompetitors.
